T/ABLE is a cultural platform that begins at the table. Grown out of a community deeply involved in Taiwan’s food culture — across markets, farms, kitchens, and research, we see how rich and diverse Taiwan’s flavors are, yet how rarely they are given the language they deserve. Through research, conversations, and storytelling, we hope to build a shared language for Taiwan’s flavors and the people who shape them.

這個計畫來自一群長期在產地、市場、廚房與研究現場工作的人。我們看見台灣味的豐富與多樣,也意識到這些味道很少被慢慢說清楚。透過研究、對話與聲音紀錄,我們希望建立一套理解台灣風味的語言,也讓形塑這些味道的人與地方被更多人認識。
